Belore is an Epic Black Metal project directly influenced by bands like Summoning, Caladan Brood, Saor, Emyn Muil and Moonsorrow, as well as various heroic fantasy and medieval worlds.
Editorial commentary:
Hardly any genre is able to trigger such a feel as Atmospheric Black Metal and Belore from France make a decent contribution to it. Listening to the two albums released so far, you would like to close your eyes and let yourself be carried away into another world. Mastermind Aleevok succeeds in uniting the beauties of Atmospheric Black Metal and thus creates a unique listening experience. No matter if Artefacts or Journey Through Mountains and Valley – both works captivate in their very own way without differing greatly. On stage this work of art performs just as well, the supporting live musicians carry Belore‘s style in the best possible way and are definitely a highlight worth seeing.
